2012 Radio/media cluster upgrade/conversion

I was just wondering if anyone has attempted to install a 2013-14 Radio cluster to an earlier model, say a 2012

they are completely different from 2012 and under and 2013-14. i dont even think its possible, unless you got someone in ford programming.

well, if you can find a way to program the heated and cooled seats into a truck that didnt have cooled seats, i would do backflips

Given enough time and money, anything can happen. I won't say it cannot be done. I will say it wouldn't be cheap.
