Oh NJ wins hands down as the suckiest. Just ask buddy of mine. He was engaged to a hawt Asian chick who owned a home in NJ. As soon as she laid out their life plans, get married, have a kid, he move into her house in NJ, he ran like a thief in the night. That was 20 years ago and he still longs for her. But NJ made it kaput, put the stink eye and kibosh on it. Lol
