I first of all have to say that I am very pleased with the overall appearance of the wheel and tire combo.
I went with the Method Split Six 20" x 9" - +18mm offset from SDHQ.
First, review of my experience with SDHQ. Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry and got me pricing right away. I told Jason that I was definitely looking to buy the 20" Split Six's and he said he would look in to getting them drop shipped from Method.
After a little thought, I decided I didn't want the center cap covers that come with the Split Six's, and I wanted the regular Method wheel hub center caps.
I sent another PM to Jason asking him if he could have Method send me the center caps I wanted. He got back to me in literally under an hour and said he called Method and they would swap out the center caps for the ones I wanted. He said he would get back to me with the final total with shipping once he got them ordered.
This was Wednesday. The following Tuesday I got stopped by the UPS guy who said "I have some wheels for you".
I didn't even pay for the wheels yet, wtf?
Sure enough, on his truck were my new Split Six's. This was a pleasant surprise after a long day at work. I hadn't even really followed up with Jason to see when I might be getting them and how much the total + shipping was.
To me it was funny, but I suspect there was a little BIRDMAN special treatment involved because I guess those guys know I'm not going to fall off the face of the earth around here .
The point is, SDHQ got me what I needed and made getting my wheels to me FAST the #1 priority. I have since paid for them, so don't worry, and SDHQ's price was very fair.
The packages were packaged well, no damage and all that good stuff....so anyway.

Lug nuts: 14mm x 2.00 splined - conical face(purchase separately - SDHQ sells them)

Nitto
Terra Grappler

Width: 12.36"
Weight: 69lbs
Review of Tires:
Styling: These are good looking tires with an aggressive sidewall design and tread pattern. Definitely prefer the look over the BFGs.
Price: I got a great deal on these tires which played a major role in my purchase.
Road Noise: Slightly louder than stock BFGs, audible howl above 45mph with windows down, but these do have a lot more tread than the BFG's so in that respect they are actually pretty quiet. No noticeable road noise with the windows up or on the highway because the road noise takes a back seat to wind noise.
Dry Traction: Handling is much improved over the stock BFGs mainly because of the lower profile sidewall and higher operating PSI.
Ride Quality: At 44psi if it weren't against my better judgement, I would think the ride is exactly the same as stock. At 50PSI it's a bit stiffer over pot holes and bumps, definitely.
Wet Traction: Hard to say compared to the stock BFG's because(when they had tread) they weren't bad. I'd say the Terra Grapplers are about the same as the BFG's in rain - good. I hit some standing water @ 50mph last week and my truck didn't pull and they seem to grab good traction.
Snow Traction: Definitely better than the stock BFG's. I went for a ride on wet, slushy, snow packed roads and felt completely in control. In the slop and ice they weren't very good but I suppose not many non-studded tires are.
Balancing: My tires took anywhere from 1.00-2.00oz to balance each. Very good considering the size of the wheels and tires.
So... SDHQ: good!
Wheels: good!
Tires: good!
