Ooooooh, very nice, thanks Blue Herron! It looks like those PAC Racing springs in your link are 125# spring pressure and the Livernois are 130#. I'm guessing that unnecessarily high spring pressure likely provides no benefits to the oem cam, only additional drivetrain wear and parasitic loss, right? I've got a ford dealer installed new engine with 7k miles, so I'd like to do a few things to improve the durability.
