I am chasing a #2 cylinder misfire on my 2012 Raptor.I have changed plugs, coils, wires, injectors, cam sensors. I also changed the coils around to check for a bad coil. I pulled the valve cover off this morning to check the valve springs and they are good. The cylinder has good compression. Only other things I can think of are new engine harness or PCM. What am I missing? I apologize in advance if this has happened to someone before and I am reopening a wound.

Do you have "mice"...? I had same problem, forget which cyl off hand, but a mouse had gotten in and chewed an injection wire causing the cyl. to misfire....of course it was in a spot almost impossible to find.....so had it towed to my mechanic who put on lift and found it....Simple fix,ONCE FOUND....Good luck..

Ricoman I do live in a new subdivision so that is a great point!
I live in the country and cant start telling you the damage they have done....and cant get a Cat cause I have a Parrot..LOL...
If you park in a garage my suggestion is put a mouse trap near your front tires....I caught the little B@&!^#@ in a couple days...he not only chewed my wire, but the rubber hood seal and battery insulation...I also keep a poison block wired on top of my battery in case he told his friends how good a Raptor tastes..!!
