19!is days old and I hear something bumping around over rough roads. I checked the spare tire , exhaust. Nothing seems loose. I didn’t notice this on the 18. Do these new shocks make some noise ?

Sound coming from rear of vehicle I assume seeing you looked at spare tire and exhaust? Bought a Ranger years back and had a annoying rattle/sound from the rear of it from the day I picked it up from the dealer. Checked everything several times. Finally got annoyed enough to crawl under the truck and shake the tree as to say. Found a 3 inch socket extension laying inside the mounted spare tire. Result, fixed the annoying noise and gained a socket extension. Might be worth a look.

On the F150 forum, they found that the bushing in the rear in some of the leaf springs were loose.
Look for witness marks on the inside of shackle.
Also some were missing the pad between the springs, look for marks on the clamp that hold the spring together.
Worth a look.

I know we have differnt shocks but I went through the same thing. I even took off the spare tire and tailgate and the noise continued. For me I had to close the high speed compression valve on the rear Fox 3.0 shocks. Opening the compression valve more than 2 clicks and it sounds like it's raining ball-peen hammers on a tin roof! Unfortuantly I have to take mine to a Roush dealer to get the one noisy shock replaced and I just haven't done it yet. Good luck with your 19, the noise is like finger nails on a chalk board to me!!!
