If you are dying to get a factory look in the bed, or just love having an excuse to have more tools, you can accomplish this with a Rivnut Kit. It lets you install a threaded fastener inside the opening so it's just like the older truck beds. You can even then remove and reinstall the bed divider completely without needing to remove the taillights again.

Did you have any issues with the locks engaging with that BedRug? The factory one, I had to remove the rubber feet and its still a bit of a pain.
