0-60 timers?

I was curious on what type of timers are out there for mainly 0-60. My SCT X4 does not have a timer so and I am not going to buy another tuner just for that. What kind of reliable and accurate timers are you guys using? And do they all require use of the OBD port? Thanks in advance

Get an inexpensive ODBII reader (I have ICar Pro - $30 on Amazon) and download Car Scanner (free app). It’ll give you 0-60 times.
