torque converter

Seems like my torque converter (TC) isn't locking up when I first start driving. These last few months once I get out of the neighborhood and up to 55 or so the RPM's float around 1500-2000 in 10th gear as I go up and down hills with the cruise on. Happens on days when I remote start the truck...

Went to do a quick 0-60 once I got home today and this happened. Sorry for the shit quality. Had to compress the video a few times to get it to upload. This hasn’t happened before. 2019 46k mi.

I've got a 2013 Raptor with 6.2 of course. Love it! Been a great truck. However, Recently I noticed a ticking sound under the hood. A louder and different one than the normal ticking I usually hear. Upon further inspection I could see Cylinder #7 (third back from the front on the drivers side)...
