hidden winch

Has anyone done a winch install on a 2024 R? If so, what modifications (if any) were necessary? I haven't been able to find much out there in terms of winch compatibility/install for the 2024 R specifically.

Is it possible to add a winch to a 2019 Raptor while keeping the factory bumper? If so, what would you recommend?
