air leak

Hi everyone! I recently just bought my first gen 2 raptor. And I was looking at my doors and looks like some are a little bit out of alignment?. Was just curious if this is normal or could be adjusted? I do also hear a little bit of wind possibly coming into the cab while driving sometimes...
