Hey Rob,
I am so sorry for getting back to you so late. Been totally focused on getting my business up and running.
We do meet at Starbucks every so often but most weeks we meet at Bear & Grill for dinner and drinks on Wed or Thursday's. I still have your cell number and will add you to the...
I would turn Offroad mode on for sure to us the higher shift point and better control of accelaration/deceleration.
Locked diff is personal preference and will depend on terrain
I mounted mine thru 3rd brake light with a 7 pin marine connector. Roof rack lights ( two 8.7" HID's, 30" bar and four 7" bars) are all wired to one side of marine connector which screws into other side on 3rd brake light.
I mounted overhead switches by glasses' holder and relay panel behind...
Many of us bought our trucks at Park City Ford and are nearby. We would normally grab coffee this weekend but like i said, we are prepping for 700 miles of trails in ME
Check out the Northeast section and you can see some of the stuff we do. We are happy to help you out and provide...
Welcome and I am sure some of the CT crew would be happy to give you advice and meet, if you want. Needs to be in future as we are all prepping for the Dirty Dozen III run this week. See Regional>Northeast for events in and around CT
Where in CT are you?
PS: there are places in CT to offroad
Find a good body shop and have them compound and buff out your truck. My local shop does a great job for entire truck, $125.
Tried out of bottle stuff, but scratches come back
After the Phoenix Open, for better or worse, I am in the market for a prerunner style bumper that is heavily constructed and can accept (maybe modified) for a front receiver. I am considering the Honey Badger by Addictive Desert Designs but seems I would have to modify the top of the skid plate...
Welcome! I am sure the Michigna crew will chime in with lots of help but I am guessing they are still cleaning the mud off of their trucks from The Phoenix Open.
We passed him on the way before ThatGuy88 caught up to us. Gave him the horn and he was quite happy to see 3 raptors whip past him. He returned the salute
We'll figure something out where we can meet. Maybe a meet up on the Cape when we have the house. I have migrated to the KO2's 35" and won't need the KO's that I still have. I will look at the one's I have before I go to the Phoenix Open and give you the best I have.
Phoenix Open prep day:
Put 2nd spare under bed and added ratchet strap so it doesn't break free again.
Remounted Hi-Lift to bed of truck for easier access and more secure mount.
Reorganized tools and recovery gear.
Change or plans. First meeting place will be Orange County Choppers in Newburgh, NY around 8am for any NE Raptors who care to convoy. Then 84 to Scranton and then to 81.

Depending on when we get rolling, I am thinking we would be passing thru Allentown (guessing that would be good point to meet up) around 11am - 12. Will get you better estimate once I hear back from everyone.
