Alternator is pushing 14.4v

We bought it in June last year, had to replace the ECM 2 weeks after. Had the lead frame update done. No electrical issues. Dealer replaced the battery right after we got it. Hoping the loose terminal is what is causing the headaches. The brush guard is from Arc-rite in Tx as far as we can tell.

I've been chasing ghost with this thing. I found the negative clamp was loose on the battery. I was getting random codes and random transmission issues including the dreaded wrench popping up. I unhooked the battery cleaned both post and made sure everything was tight and clean. So far so good...
