I replaced my lug nuts because I had the swelling issue also. The only true solution are ACER Racing titanium lug nuts. They use aerospace grade titanium so swelling, rust or corrosion are never going to be an issue. Plus they look amazing and are 50% lighter than the OEM stuff. Here is a link...
