Haha good point, but what about when I need to pull out a stuck TRX? Joking aside, I drive out into the mountains quite a bit and having a winch is more of a security blanket to me than anything else. It's nice knowing that if I do get buried I can pull myself out.

Congrats! I'm in the same boat, I just got my 24 R this week. I can't get over how badass this thing is. Coming from a Jeep Wrangler 392 it's night and day in creature comforts. The extra ~240 hp and 37" tires is just the icing on the cake.

Has anyone done a winch install on a 2024 R? If so, what modifications (if any) were necessary? I haven't been able to find much out there in terms of winch compatibility/install for the 2024 R specifically.
