The 37PP trucks come higher from the factory than 35 trucks. Trying to achieve that look. I’m ok with compromising the ride. Lifting the rear will give me more room to account for squat from my boat. Will be installing Timbren bump stops as well…

37 Open Country RT Trails installed today. No lift and zero rubbing with factory wheels. Eibach springs and a rear spacer next week. One of the front tires needs rebalancing it has a slight vibration but I love the look.

Not one PPF thread specific to rocker panels.

Does anybody have PPF on just the rocker panels? I replaced the OEM running boards for Amp power steps and would like a little more protection. Any issues with rocker panel PPF?

The outsides yes but not the round centers. I put black satin vinyl decal material over that portion.

Yes. Had to pull pretty hard on them. I used a small flat head to pry on the corner then pulled them off.

Finished product. I’m more than pleased with it. Time for PPF…

Did you have to unbolt the flare?

More… I scuffed it with a red scotch bright pad then cleaned with alcohol. Skid will be painted a dark gray satin to match the Ford grill letters.

Took a shot at painting the lower bumper this afternoon. It’s not a 100% match but close enough. Factory color has some slight blue metallic flakes. Worlds better than the silver. I’ll post more pics in the daylight tomorrow.

I’m pretty damn impressed with my factory B&O system. Has anyone replaced the door speakers (front and rear) with something better than factory and noticed a difference doing just that alone?
