Hard to hear what you’re describing… but definitely wouldn’t hurt to take in for diagnostics. Assuming you have a warranty! I’d just get it looked at and see if they say anything (Ford dealership/service department) Good luck!

So I actually was looking into the shocks being rebuilt, they feel fine as of now. I just got some maintenance done. The cam phasers, timing chain and all that mess just got replaced. Set me back a few thousand. Would Ford rebuild the shocks?

Well, I did some research and I’ve had experience with MPT before, I’m just comfortable with them. But, I definitely should’ve looked around more!
