The R is well worth MSRP, didn’t pay ADM. lots of power and great looks.
I do question the resale of the new 24’s especially if they jack the msrp to 134 with those bug eyed headlights and ugly graphics. The novelty of the R may wear off by then. In order to maintain value you need a truck...
White one may be the ugliest yet, I guarantee guys are bidding with the mindset of what it takes to return it to stock. That blue rhino lined one is a close second.
Ordered 7/18
Went in Production 2/10
Finished or Built 5/24
Shipped 5/29
Showed up 6/13 by rail
(Tracker estimated shipping from 6/12-6/22) so it did show up 13 days earlier than dealer thought)
I’m so glad I don’t have to fill out those ford tracker captcha’s anymore. I can select bikes...
Wish I was shipped by convoy, looks like it’s scheduled to take 28 days to get shipped by rail. Built 5/24 shipped 5/29. Estimated arrival 6/26. That’s just to go from Dearborn to MN
We are a month away from 24’ order banks opening (3rd week in July). This rumor is to help move any old stock Raptors on Dealers lots. If you’re a California dealer with 10 Raptors on the lot marked up at 10 over you’re gonna need some help. Hence the rumor. I don’t mind it, keeps our resale...
Ordered 7/18/22
2/10/23 scheduled build
Finished 5/24/23
May have shipped today 5/29/23 (Rail)
Tracker went from showing built to now showing order confirmed. Date at the bottom updated
Never use the H word when it comes to R’s. Our only hope is Dearborn at some point gets a 2-3” rain to wash the bird crap that’s been eating the paint on our hoods since March
They are all being held up on crank seal repair, it’s nice the issue is getting addressed but it would also be nice if they gave honest delivery times or when the truck will get fixed then shipped. The 2 week delivery every 2 weeks is the biggest lie. Seems like they are getting at the...
while the wait for a Bronco Raptor is brutal you would think it was made by a diff company. The people at the Bronco plant are on it. They not only built it the week they said it got shipped out the next day. They are a lot better when it comes to updating their tracker and shipping.
Seems like most original buyers have given up on even checking the tracker. I’d be curious to know how many they have shipped vs how many are still sitting at offsite. The amount of 11/29-2/20 R’s sitting there has to be unbelievable. Seems like no one has taken delivery in the last 2 months...
Has to be crank seal related because Im seeing march built eco boost raptors getting delivered to dealerships. I was told there is only 2 guys doing the repairs. I truly believe they are not going in order of built nor by priority code. The frustrating part is the lack of communication and...
Make that 3 for the 3/24-4/1 crew. When Ford Performance and Ford marketing goes to work on 4/1 “alright ladies and gentlemen don’t forget to tell your callers their new eta is 4/15-4/20, they key here is to give them hope” :Big Laugh:
2.5 months of built R’s sitting in a parking lot. Waiting for repairs. I bet the dealers who locked in 40-60k adms are getting frustrated lol. I would not be shocked to see guys with 3/15- 4/15 build dates get shipped a month ahead of ours
I hate to say it, but I think I would rather have them ship it to my dealer and have my dealer do the fix on the crank seal versus sitting in a parking lot for three more months.
I have heard about rail delays as well. I think I was told the next update you’ll see on your tracker. Once it goes from offsite back to the factory it will be scanned to show built. Ford could solve shipping delays on most all Raptors by allowing the customer to pick up the vehicle or have his...
My delivery also got pushed to 3/24-4/1. (2/10 build) While I’d like to believe it, there’s still a lot of guys with December and January builds that are still waiting. You’d think they would take care of those guys first?
