@doba_s Would anyone know what fans he used for the aftermarket ams intercooler? Running into the same problem and would like to also have fans along with the new intercooler. Thank you for the help.
How often is it recommend to change out the turbo oil filter screens? My truck is at 6200 miles and I'm coming up on an oil change. Should I concern myself with changing out these screens at this time? Thanks for any help.
My fuses are there and are good, but no power on either set of wires under the hood with key on. All the lights on the upfitter switches light up, just no power on the wires. Is it possible all the "non serviceable relays" under the BJB are missing or gone bad? Would it be worth paying the $430...
I tried that yesterday and I missed one number on the vin. I was able to narrow it down today after double checking. https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/electrical/other-electrical-related-parts/junction-block-fuse-junction-panel-35l-%28fuses%29-p-kl3z14a068b?pdp=y
I will look into replacing this...
Okay that's great to hear. One last thing. I searched on part.ford.com and by year, make, model and some other details and it gave me these two options. I am not sure what the difference between these two options are judging by the pictures...
I had the key on and tried ohming out from under the hood to the upper console wires that go to the switches. They didn't ohm out. There were some different colors in the plug that didn't match up to the ones under the hood and the wires in the plug were smaller than the wires under the hood...
I pulled the top console down and disconnected the 3 plugs. I turned the key and lights on and tested the plug that goes to the upfitter switches. There were 10 wires total. The only one that was hot was a purple wire with a grey stripe. Which I am guessing is the light for the switches, which...
Good find here. I'll note that he said his lights on the upfitter switches didn't even light up. Mine do light up, but still worth a check, it might be a different wire that isnt hooked up. I know that console has to come down somehow. Ill have to figure out how to do that properly.
I just check them with my test light. There is the ground behind the passenger headlight that you mentioned. There is also one on next to the fuse box, and one on the firewall. All 3 checked out to be good.
I have the key all the way on when I check power to the wires (both sets to be sure) as well as the upfitter switches pushed to the on position. I notice that they light up white when the headlights are turned on, but when you press the switches to the on position, the light goes off. I have...
I did find that fuse and it works. That explains why they light up, but I still don't understand why the wires under the hood (either set of 6) dont have power.
Yes I stated in my original post that I ended up checking both sets of 6 wires. Neither of the two sets have power and the fuses that go with each upfitter switch doesn't have power in the fuse box, even with the fuse out and checking directly from the box. I want to understand more about the f2...
I looked at the post and I don't understand where Fuse F2 is or where F2 accessory delay relay is. Fuse #2 is the cooling fan. I am looking at the 2020 raptor fuse box diagram and I don't see that in there. Could someone explain a little more on this?
The amp draw on the lights is 4.5amps. Rear cab windows work fine but I dont have a rear sliding window on mine. I need to find a diagram of the fuse box for the 2020 3.5l raptor, I dont know if they are the same as the standard 2020 f-150 with the 3.5l.
Yes they are, I touch the wire to the positive and the lights come on. It's just the wires that are supposed to be hot are not. Both sets were taped up so I know they hadn't been used before. I just got the truck a month ago and it only had one prior owner and 5k miles on it. I just don't know...
I have a 2020 raptor and I just installed some lights into the front bumper. I found the two sets of 6 wires under the hood. According to the manuel (I will include a pic of it), Set A is suppose to be wired hot and set B are the pass through wires that go behind the kick plate on the passenger...
