When says to reset the APIM, is that just writing the changes then turning the car off and back on?

Took delivery last week. Here are my issues. 1. Seam weld on roof not complete 2. Passenger vent fan really loud 3. Paint chip near the bed 4. Lose vent tube (not sure) by driver rear fender. Still trying to find where to clip it.
