Brand new '23, mine makes the same exact noise. Thought at first it was static through the speakers as it is very faint from the interior, also goes up and down with RPM's. Service manager also confirmed it's normal.

First timer, '23 on 35s in Avalanche. Semi-commuter (about 120 miles round trip 3-4x /mo.) and backup family rig to my wife's Jeep. Great truck!
