    Exhaust rattle on cold start?

    I just brought mine to ford for the exhaust rattle among other things. But they told me that one of my baffles were froze up. I gave him the tsb number to the service tech and he said that is probably the real issue but they have to replace the baffle first.

    I went to dealer with the tsb number and they told me parts are on back order with no dates. Anyone else have the same answer.

    Gen 3 is an electrical nightmare. Drive mode, exhaust mode, onboard power

    I currently disconnect the battery to reset ECM. It’s snowing like a like crazy and I don’t have 4 wheel drive. Current problems. Exhaust rattle on startup. (Parts are on back order with no delivery date). Also exhaust modes are unavailable so I can’t change notes. Drive modes unavailable...

    How is it holding up. I’m dealing this the same bs. Also 50% of the time I’ll get an exhaust mode unavailable.

    Previously owned a white gen 1. Traded it in for a gen 3. Love the truck but having the same issues as many of you. Cold start rattle is really irritating. Goes away after warm up.
