I passed on the deal. The Not Actual Mileage stamp will be on the trucks title when the buyer transfers it to the new state….that killed it for me at the end of the day. New Bronco hopefully will get here soon…been almost a 3 yr wait!

How is a under 10K mile for $55K overpriced? Original owner was a dealer who wrapped all trucks Day 1…also Ford Dealer said it is almost impossible to screw with the odometer. Just like in business sometimes you make decisions on imperfect information. I appreciate everyones feedback!

Got the copy of smog test that was used by the CA DMV…mileage on smog test matches what the DMV put in, but date DMV used is clearly wrong…

Seller went to CA DMV today...said it would be a six month process to fix the title issue...and he is not going to do it. Ugh. Basically they back dated the smog test date from May to March (the date of purchase) and there is a service with a LOWER mileage after the backdated smog test.... In...

Thanks guys. Ford PDI supported the mileage. Says it was the cleanest Gen 1 they had ever seen. Clearly had never been offroaded. They said they could put it on the showroom floor as new. Seller says running 37s on OEM rims is a problem but the tires are a neg 34 offset so no issues supposedly...

Carfax was run…there is a red flag on their from the CA DMV…basically saying mileage is inaccurate, however I have his bill of sale from the previous owner. Owner is going to the DMV today to get the issue addressed. I dont need a issue on the carfax when i go to sell it.

Guys - super low mile Gen 1 I am interested in buying - has 37s on a 17 inch wheel..two questions 1 - How do I validate the mileage and can Ford check this during the PDI? 2 - Seller says 37s are not an issue as they have significant negative offset...any thoughts on that? Seller says it was...
