Just an update, we replaced all the pads, rotors, and the lines. We think it was in fact the lines since they were damaged looking. I forgot to get photos as it got REAL late since we replaced the AC condenser and compressor at the same time. We are doing the shocks this weekend and god willing...

I can not confidently say yes. According to the place we had it done at, they claim it was. Unfortunately they seem to have a bad rep for not actually doing work. (I should have researched them.) We did check it last week and it seemed ok but I intend to get it done at the same time if I can.

Update: After speaking with a chat tech at ford today, since the local dealer recomputed it, Ford Motor Company is sending me a notice to take to the dealer to have the lead frame replaced under the same recall. Fingers crossed that fixes it.

No lights on the dash. It’s usually random when it even does it. Most days it’s fine, then out of no where it starts to shift like that. But it doesn’t give a light when it shifts either. I just have to throw it in manual and hope I can force shift it. That doesn’t always work either.

I will look into ordering a forscan. Id rather spend 50 instead of 4K. I didn’t even think about the air filter or the harness. Great points! Thank you so much!
