This is normal - the battery doesn't need to be (and must not be) constantly charged. There's some battery charging system that should be taking it up somewhere around 14.8V while charging, but when off, it should be 13.1v or so. It can certainly drop down in the 12v range for periods with no...
See nothing wrong with this, as I'll likely do the same when the 37s wear out. Still glad I have the 37 - like the wheels better also, but the option to go the other way is there. Can you put 37s on a 35 truck? Sure, but it'll have some compromises, impact resale, etc. When it comes time to...
Yeah mine popped off while I was turning very slowly onto the on-ramp down town. I definitely flinched, a lot. Had it happened 2 minutes later while merging into traffic, would not have been a great thing.
There's nowhere to pull over down there for quite a distance either, really crappy...
After saying that, this happened to me during my drive home today. It was like having someone firing a handgun next to my head. In my case, it randomly also just stopped for no reason, and the entire audio system seemed to have turned off, no audio from anything.
Filed a safety report with...
Same as above, mine bend when I turn, no control to turn it on/off.
Regarding glare free - you can turn it on with Forscan, and it appears to work, but I don't think anyone has actually confirmed that it works correctly (ie: it actually shuts off parts of a light matrix)
I'd like it, I'm not sure why anyone would care to not have it. Makes no difference at all to your driving except being a tiny bit better on fuel and emissions.
The manual says that it keeps to the placement in the lane when you activate it. So if you are to the left, it should keep you there. It would be nice if it showed what it's "trying" to do somewhere though.
Does anyone know if it's possible to entirely disable the power lift gate via forscan? On the list of many settings that do not seem to work, turning it off in vehicle settings does not seem to have any effect. Have turned it off for all profiles including guest, but it still does motorized...
As the idle floats from 500-600ish displayed, you feel it as a shudder. I think the vibration is just a harmonic or similar when it dips below 600, and then you feel it stop as it pulls the idle back up. It doesn't feel like a misfire or anything, but it definitely feels "wrong" compared to...
I have this, and not sure it's any of those things. It seems to aim somewhere right around 500-600, and there just seems to be a vibration at that RPM. If it were a coil or ignition problem, pretty sure it'd pick up a misfire (or an O2 condition) and it doesn't seem to do that.
That's not true, the applique delete was optional. There was a request to dealerships to ask customers if they wanted to delete it. It was not mandatory. Mandatory deletes come with a form that you must acknowledge as the customer - as the heated steering wheel.
People keep repeating that it...
If you're trying to buy it to put it on a tailgate without one, it's been mentioned elsewhere that they aren't compatible. The tailgate with the applique has some additional holes for mounting apparently. You need the whole tailgate.
Only theory there that still makes sense in my mind is that a part installed on all your guys trucks failed QA and is waiting on a fix/replacement. Mine had a 9/7 blend date and was delivered 10/13 or so.
This is not the same thing, this is a lack of allocation.
If you go by the values auction/wholesale/etc use as reference, mileage (well, and warranty duration) are the primary factors. Not MY. MY sometimes matters due to refreshes, but yes - I would expect these to have no meaningful difference by MY given the same other factors.
For instance, there...
No, why do people keep repeating that?
Don't think that's true. Mileage dictates value primarily, especially in non-refresh model years. I do not think you will see any meaningful difference at all between a new MY22 and new MY23 at any point.
MY often impacts value because of minor...
