Yes you're correct, I took another look at the Build and Price site. The main thing is the price on the R still seems to be the same as it was overall from the Order Guide dated 07/18/22.

I noticed that also yesterday. I'm thinking they took the 1K off because if anyone wants the R graphics now, they have to pay extra for them.

It looks like the Raptor R Exterior Graphics is now a stand alone option, and possibly some other options that may have initially been included as standard equipment.
