I agree, this seems like a maintenance issue that has nothing to do with SDI. By blasting them on FRF without speaking to them first, you're only gonna tick off the people that can potentially help you.

SDI eclik with 19+ live valve shocks could be a great option for you. The offer a revalve service also.

I use the rockymounts rack. It secures the bikes well, is easy to use, and is out of the way when not in use. I also had it in my old f150 with a 6.5' bed. They also offer clamshell axle mounts which are a bit pricey but they're lockable.
