I recently traded my 2019 with 120,000 miles for a 2018 with 38,000 miles…. I got $35,000 for the traded 2019, and got them down to 53,000 for the 2018. (they were asking $56,000.)
Took the bed gear off my old one,(including Retrax Tonneau cover,) and put on the new one. Interestingly, the Retrax barely leaks on the new one, versus the old one leaked quite a bit. I think I must have it positioned better front to back.
Yes, not to beat a dead horse but the 2018 shifts way more precisely and predictable… where as the 2019 had some bumpy shift moments occasionally where I think to myself, “ where did that come from?”
Phasers haven’t been done. I made sure that the extended warranty I got will cover that for when it does happen….(extended warranty did cover the phasers on the ‘19 I traded at 85,000 miles.)
I went to my local Ford dealer for an oil change, and I ended up leaving in a different truck…. Traded my white 2019 with 125,000 miles for a 2018 blue with 38,000 miles. Both have 802 A. Besides the shocks and wheels, I wonder what differences there are between 2018 and 2019? The new blue one...

I have rhino rack crossbars. How do you mount the Roam box to the crossbars? Looks like straps could be used but I’d be worried that someone could cut them and steal the box.
Also, different topic but I’m scheduled to take my truck in to have the cam phasers done on the 17th of this month and the Ford dealer I bought from is the one that told me that it was the fuse that was out…. I was too lazy to check that. I have an extended warranty that’s covering the cam...
