On my 2020 I get the same color, amount and duration of smoke on cold start after sitting overnight. But strangely it only happens if I park nose down in my driveway. Driveway is about 4° slope according to the truck. Nose up in the drive way and it never blows smoke. :shrug:

Agreed, that was going to be my next step. I just wanted to reset asbuilt back to stock first then take the truck in if it has issues still. Thankfully I did resolve it in forscan. Based on the advice in this thread I just went through and set all of the BCM lines from the "common" changes...

Ok, checked the panel and DTCs. Not sure what the private network is all about, but pretty sure the active shutters aren't related. Will have to look in to that next.

Thank you both. Great suggestions, as far as I can tell all of the fog wiring was done through the upfitter switches. But I'll check the BCM behind passenger kickpanel and pull codes with forscan here in a few minutes. I did just go out and count a half push of the turn stalk gives me 5 flashes...

I do have forscan setup and am familair with it from my 2012 f150.
