You cant tow with a Raptor
I got an adjustable hitch/ball combo and it works great. I have a three place enclosed and the truck barely saggs at all. Looks like your drop down may be the issue.- ntwoof

Pro Power Issues?
I have a bed cover but whenever my truck gets wet, I get a "Pro Power Onboard detected a ground fault. Reset the system using the SYNC screen" error. Anyone else have this issue or do I just call the dealer?- ntwoof
