I purchased the Flood Ford ESP warranty with the day 1 enhanced rental. Does anyone know how the rental works?? I talked to the service advisor at the dealer and they said to contact Ford...I contacted Ford and they said to talk to the service department at the dealer. Who the heck knows...
Just curious, was this $100 deductible from ESP warranty or manufacturer warranty? If you were not past your manufacturer warranty then why do you need to pay the deductible?
Signed order agreement on 11/24. Had to re-submit order to remove bed liner on 1/26. Both order had full price of 801a package. Signed/purchased with original price
Who do we call if dealer is not cooperating? Paid full 801a price and dealer said it was discounted in purchase agreement...no it wasn't. Do I need to call Ford customer care? If so, what's their number?
