    That's what I had thought too. I was supposed to pick it up a couple days ago but the service manager called and said after getting it warm again, the exact same noise was going on. I think he's off yesterday and today, but it will be interesting to see what they find out.

    Filter change seemed to make mine worse. I sprayed what felt like an entire bottle of Lysol in the intake vent and it seemed to come back with a vengeance. Not sure what to do next. Curious if I have mold in the system and changing the evap out makes a difference in the end?...
