Yup! Apparently a person lost an arm from a failure in a Transit. This is not something you should wait on. I’ll let you know if mine has visible issues tomorrow.
Also, produced trucks after these dates are still on a stop shipment for turbo issues. A lot of early trucks have been having failed turbos, mine included. They are not sure what is causing this. My tech said it appeared the turbo had insufficient lube in the bearings. I know there are 700...
I have this same issue. Only happens in normal mode. It sounds like the valve is not properly seated when set to normal. I will let you know what my rep says.
***** good luck. I sold my model 3 performance. That company is absolute trash. Have fun when you have warranty issues. Check out the Reddit sub /realresla
I ended up getting a different truck. After waiting for a few months another came along. They still don’t know where the other one is. I was worried about getting a truck that was sitting for so long. Seems like something happened to mine in production.
Hey guys, I just found out what is going on. Ford is not shipping out stock orders and retail orders are getting first priority. I finally called my dealer and had them update that so this thing will ship. You should call your dealer have them contact Their zone rep and get it updated right...
Mine has the start/stop delete and it doesn’t not even have a “built” date yet. Our trucks are likely in the back of the shipping line and the new builds are coming out too fast with no way to get ours out. Who knows at this point, super frustrating.
Update from factory rep in Deerborn. My raptor is 1 of 4 sitting there waiting to be shipped for some reason. Out of the 4, only one has a * behind the VIN which is for a Chip Hold. I know mine is not one of those. He said the truck is literally sitting there waiting to be released but is fully...
So after discovering my truck was on a railcart in Texas on its way to CA, it has gone dark again. Ford still thinks it is in MI, so who knows at this point. I have been noticing that people with blend dates of 8/10 - 8/18 are starting to get their trucks. Mine was 8/20 so I assume it is close.
So mine was confirmed built 8/20. This is how it has been since then. We finally called a railroad contact and they confirmed it is on a rail cart in Texas on its way to California. They estimated 5-Days which would put it right at 9/28. Don’t trust the tracker app.
Ditto. Mine was confirmed built 8/20 and I have an eta of 9/22 - 9/28 which has not changed at any point. All my dealer says is that there is no way it is still sitting and it likely never got scanned in the yard for shipping. They say this happens a lot these days which is hard to believe.
