    GEN 2 -FIELD SERVICE ACTIONS: CAM PHASER RATTLE ON COLD START.

    Same here. It took Ford a week and I had to stay on them constantly... Now the engine has a shudder and RPM drops below 500 then back up to normal. Taking the Raptor to another Ford dealership 25 Oct for a possible PCM reprogramming associated with 21B10 update.

    GEN 2 Cam Phaser Repair, Good or No Good?

    Ford replaced my Cam Phasers about a week ago. (43K on 2018) Now at idle sometimes RPM drops to <500, the truck shakes, then idle resumes normal RPM..     I bought this 2018 in January 2021. Truck has been amazing. However, it is currently in the shop for "diesel engine sounds" on cold starts. First impression of Ford service at dealership is less than desirable....I'll post dealership service address/updates once I get the truck back.....
