Old thread but the bulletproof V8 is gone. It's a V6TT, looks like the infotainment is up-to-date as far as I can tell.

OP, there were trucks near me with 100k miles in the low 50s. I had to spend the day on the road looking at 5 or so trucks, asking for deals to see who wanted to work with me.
Ultimately I got a truck with 52k miles on it for less than the local dealer wanted for the 100k mile truck. Just be...
Wow I can't say I agree with Ford on that. I'll plan on at least a drain and fill every 50 and probably the filter at 100. I've seen too many failures across makes.
I just checked the high mileage gen 2 thread and no one is mentioning it but it looks like no one had a mid 100s mileage.
I'm interested in this as well so I'll tag @FordTechOne for a response on interval and also a flush. Some makes don't recommend flushing.
Even for "lifetime" fluid (commonly quoted by BMW) it's not lifetime of the car, it's lifetime of the transmission, yikes. I've always tried to adhere to...
I second the recommendations here and don't think it's anything to worry about, get the recall/programming done and fresh tank of 93. Yes I know there is debate about this but my truck had a small shudder from the gas the dealer used and I put 93 in and it smoothed out.
Alright boys, it's official. I don't think this is happening on my 2017 802a w/ factory LEDs.
I've been everywhere that I can find, including forscan forum and this post:

Got me going through the options...
I like the subtlety, but I would like to be able to decide between parks w/w/o turn signals as well as being able to just turn them off all together. Had Morimoto on my Gen 1 and I liked the appearance but I want to keep the factory lights for now on my Gen 2.
I just wish I could turn off the...
Okay, final update from this session:
I set up a mirror in front of my truck so I could put it in drive and disable/enable DRLs in the cluster to test the behavior both ways. In every scenario, DRLs off turned them all off.
I loaded the AB data for BdyCM from the file I downloaded from Ford...

017F < oddly this did not change. Said it was a checksum error after changing it in the post above. Strange.
Cycled power, tried again, and just changing to 08 updated the value to 0886. Turned truck on, put in drive, activated DRL, and the turn signal came on with the...
Alright I think that was the setting that the friendly-name UI (nonAB selection) made, because the AB was 726-50-01 108E, and I think I manually changed it to 018E prior to changing it again in the UI. However, I will try that this weekend. If that does not work, I will restore the AB I...
Auto Start/Stop Disable - by disabling BMS (Battery Management System) - worked
DRL - Parking Lights only (stock LEDs only) - failed, also activates low beams
Secure Idle enable - worked
Turn Signal Flashes (3 to 5) - worked
Above are the only changes I made, pretty happy with 3 of 4 changes...
Update: no dice. DRL=OFF in cluster, no lights at all. DRL=ON in cluster is parking lights + top headlight (low beam). Confirmed on the drive today, truck in gear, autolamps on.
Let's hope so. I'll turn them off in the cluster here in 30 minutes and will find out. I tried to load the factory AB and it said unable to connect to server even though I was definitely connected to the internet and sites, etc. were working. Edit: I just downloaded it from...
Good advice, does Load Factory AB have the intelligence to figure out my factory settings?
I always back up before changing things but I have since read you have to back up each individual module and I think I only backed up the one I started on instead of each one.
Here was every option when I first went out.
I will say that after I double checked a couple of the worst offenders I went back into the UI and it said something to the effect of "invalid value" for available DRL options so I first changed it to "Allow All" and wrote it, it didn't...
Yes, set to (A) Auto. I don't believe it was altered by the PO, as no DRL was set and no other customizations were made. Still had double-honk, triple-flash, insecure idle, etc. The truck was completely stock. Still it's possible and worth checking. The low-beam only came on after I...
I saw the other thread but it's not helping. Quick rundown:
2017 as it seems there are differences 2019-on.
I originally tried to use the non-ASBUILT to select the DRL option but all this did was enable the low beams as DRL.
After this, I was unable to change it as it gave the infamous write...
