Guys,
not to hijack the sell thread but…. With 5K now on my F range KO3’s. 35psi yields a ride easily as smooth as my KO2’s. Less highway noise, noticeably better in snow and rain and I like the raised white letters.

I installed a pair of Diode Dynamics SSC2’s in the outer bumper cavities on my Gen 2 and added aftermarket “grill fill covers’ over the holes. Drove at night with and without the covers and couldn’t tell any difference in lighting before or after. The side benefit of stealthy looks and to a...
F-4me?
Saw that too. My personal master caution light came on and I too was surprised about an F rating. Turns out it’s all about the new production technology and compounds they’re using at BFG and why it took so long to release. The C-Springs DT manager printed a spec sheet for the KO3 and...
Well I just got back from Discount Tire and my Gen 2 now sporting new rubber. The OEM KO2’s had 70,769 on them and DT couldn’t rotate two that were near-dead’s, tread-wise. I had been tire comparing for awhile and the more I read about the KO3, the more I liked. The August release was timely...
Saw quite a few RR’s in Switzerland on a recent visit, they’re all that’s avail there.
I would love to take mine there playing chicken with Beamers opposing me on skinny twisty mountain roads….or not:)
No substitute…

Smurfslayer nailed it, SAE is the way to go.
I have a pair of fogs from Diode Dynamics covertly lurking behind a pair of bumper hole fake grill covers from Amazon. I use them more as DRLs than aux lights which is what I wanted, to add more ambient light in front and sides than the stock low...
Welcome! I still have my 2013 Taco I bought new as my DD errand vehicle, my fourth. The previous three all were sold with 250K+ minor maintenance miles and tires. Indestructible, amazing little trucks but….
Not a Raptor:)

Supply and demand. Special edition vehicles like the R, Shelby Stangs, SVO etc have always allowed Ford to show off a bit in the marketplace. Announcing or spreading rumors of a specific vehicles demise always boosts sales.
Then they just reintroduce it later…

Having been driving on and off road since the Earth was cooling I’ve learned everything is a compromise, especially tires. The BFG KO2 stock size has served me very well (originals now have 61K) in many...
A plug for DD lighting, I have a pair of SSC2 sports, center mounted in the bumper hole on my 18’ and they’re awesome.
I use them more as DRLs than off road only. I also have amber lens covers that provide a nice option for fog and rain.
The real plus of DD is their customer service, simply...
Yup, supply and demand. I recently KBB self appraised my 18 802A (value not seriously ever selling) with 60K it came in at $49.9 although Carvana and umpteen dealerships emailed me wanting to “chat”.
As mentioned before, figure what you’re willing to pay, then figure what you’ll accept for your...
Personally my 18’ 802A is darn near the perfect vehicle. At 60K (so far) it outclasses everything out there and I’ve driven quite a few trucks, but no Rivians.
Like the Terminator, you’ll be baaaack…

Raptors are unique, arguably as much as 60’s Mustang Shelby owners justifying the extra cost vs a GT or lesser upgrades.
For me there’s no substitute, we only have one vehicle, our 18’ 802A and it’s the best in every category, even grocery getter. All the muscle cars rev their engines next to...
Recently I saw my first Bronco Raptor at a nursery. Sits lower a tad but I liked it. I know you discounted it but maybe a test drive or two…?:)

PS: My DD is a 13’ Taco I’ve put 180K on, bulletproof. Also my disabled friends get in and out pretty easily
Amen.
Gas prices are a warning light to the real problem, self serving politicians. Until we elect people who at least recognize the problem, have the cajones to fix it and believe the constitution, we’re headed for the same fate as the Roman Empire…but I digress.
At least a vote for Trump puts...
I haven’t had the “exotic” vehicle opportunity sone of y’all have had as my good ole 802A is the most expensive vehicle I’ve owned. That said it’s been amazingly issue free, reliable and a ton of fun. My other vehicle is a 13’ Taco I’ve amassed 180,000 miles with and all I’ve done is replace all...
Amen brother.
A three tour Iraq Vet myself I figured our service was worth at least decent medical care, especially when you have stage 4 cancer, but I digress.
The VA is despicable in every sense of the word “treating” the problem with pills but healing isn’t in their vocabulary.
God heals...
The previous owner of my 18’ 802A has a large fleet all-F150 pest control business throughout N TX. He told me he orders new ones when they get 200K on them. He said he’d tried other makes but F150s held up the best…
BTW my 802A just passed 60K, running strong with no issues!
Knock on fake...
Sounds like you meant this for the 16 yr old Raptor destroyer. Unfortunately I never had that opportunity at 16, I had to earn or buy everything I had, which amounted to a motorcycle I bought in pieces for $20. :)

My 18’ 802A spent most of its 57K while living in Texas on Costco premium and non ethanol 91 however, it’s been all over CO on 89 (highest available) and over Immogene and Independence passes climbing like a, well, Raptor!
I also have run 87 around town since relocation to SW FL with no issues...
Wow, I’m amazed at
A. How blessed you are to have such a cool Dad to let you drive a Raptor (took me 63 years)
B. How blessed your cool Dad didn’t give you a sound thrashing and further punishment till morale improved, like mine…:)
Great to have you on the forum!
