Update: Ford has denied my repair due to having the Roush PCM calibration installed that they recommended. The failure was found to be the drum. The Ford service writer and mechanic are currently fighting with Ford on this issue. Now they have been told to stop working on my truck. What a damn...
Ford is paying for my Tesla rental from Hertz the entire time they have my truck. I did contact corporate Ford and put in a complaint about my truck taking so long to get fixed. I also submitted it for lemon law in hopes they will get it fixed sooner rather than later!

I had the same exact issue with my 19. Now my truck is sitting at the dealership waiting for a new transmission. And the crappy thing is that they said it could take up to two months to get it fixed. Good luck with yours!
