Man I don’t know where anyone would get 18MPG on a R. Maybe going down hill lol. If you’re going to compare to 3.5 make sure you compare to 37s.

Haha, that's harsh my guy. A Raptor is the best all around daily in my opinion, regardless of budget, I want to drive it everyday. The R is making me question that a bit. I do have another nice car, it demotes the R to a daily..

Aside from all of the glorious wonderfulness that comes with this truck and spending what most here spent on it, two things have bothered me after owning it for 1k miles. Yes it’s my daily driver, and I drive quite a bit.

Mine has gotten worse over time and it’s pretty awful to the point that’s all I hear. Under throttle it’s just a loud rattle. It’s embarrassing.
I have 33k miles on my gen3. I imagine it’ll get worse for you guys as you put more miles

2018 with 140k miles. Got the extended warranty. Had cam phaser issues, outside of warranty. Dealer advised I contact ford corporate, and they covered 50% of it. It was $4200, I paid $2100.
I have a 2021 with 11k miles already, oops.

Just turned 32. Always been a car nut. I have a modified 18 raptor. I was never a truck guy, but thought Raptors were always so badass. Daily drive it since new. Have 95k miles on it [emoji28][emoji28]. Roads where I’m around suck, the Raptor makes nice. I use it as my office basically.
