The ride height calibration must be done by Ford thru the IDS software. you can reset the VDM thru ForScan but from what I can tell it doesn’t do anything.

Mine is a 20’ also. Yesterday on the road hit a pothole doing maybe 30 and it just about jerked the steering wheel out of my hand it hit so hard.

Mine is to the point where its uncomfortable to drive. I think there is something that is causing a fault that is making the shocks lock at full stiffness. I think it might be time to go back to the stealership.
