You wont even come close to rubbing with 37" K02s on the stock wheels with no level. I ran that setup on my 2024 for a while and took the truck off-road with no problems.
I installed the Eibach 1" front level springs but next year I am going to swap them out for the Eibach pro kit or the Geiser...
For an experiment on how much offset these trucks can handle I put 1.75” wheel spacers on my stock suspension base 2024 with 37” K02’s and it didn’t rub.
Running Toyo RT 35's on Venomrex VR-602 wheels (9" wide and +12 offset) I managed to stuff my tires enough that it caused my fenders to bulge out slightly...
Yeah, the picture shows the bump stop welded onto the cantilever support. RPG’s website says the only welding that is required is at the axle. The pictures and description of this kit are misleading. I would have purchased this kit if the bump stop was included.
What did you do allow your truck to cycle nearly 18" in the front? I thought the SVC stated their mid travel kit cycles 15-16".
Also what are your travel numbers for the rear suspension?

I drove my truck with completely stock suspension for 25k miles and disconnected my sway bar about 500 miles ago. I wish I had done it sooner. It is much smoother over bumps and dips and has a much better turn in feeling. I just drove it on a 400 mile round trip on the highway with long rolling...
