Well, got the new bumper installed. The lights on the sides seem to shine more towards the car next to you than on the road! ADD said they're "ditch lights". With that being said, do those of you with the Phantom bumper leave the lights on while driving at night in traffic? It looks a lot...

I contacted Stainless Works months ago. They said they were working on it and would let me know when they were available. Nothing so far.

Body shop will be doing all of the work.

I just don't know if it'd be that easy. The grill has a crack and the piece between the grill and bumper needs to be replaced also. Sensors also.

Driving slowly through a field with tall grass when I feel a sudden drop, then a sudden stop. Culvert won. My dad said to "go that way" bad idea... What would you do? Insurance? Fix it myself? Different bumper? I'm too depressed to think straight!

I got my R in Aug. '23. Changed oil in September when I hit 1k miles. I have a total of 3200 miles on it today. Amsoil 5w50 with roughly 2200 miles on the oil. Oil life is down to 18%. I'm guessing it's set to a year OR 5K miles from the factory? I'm tempted to reset the oil life and just...

Yes. I've also taken the top cover off as well. Sounds a little better now. Very similar to stock box with cover off.

Well, it's installed. I had the factory lid off for a couple months before installing the S&B. Supercharger whine is noticeably less, but IAT temps are lower vs. no lid temps. I'm assuming its a little more power, but it's definitely quieter.

Still waiting- this was what they said on 1/5- I just talked with my production department and we are about 2-3 weeks out on that part number listed on your order. I'm losing faith. I don't understand why they have one installed on an R on YouTube then can't get orders out.

Mine just came in today.. the carbon fiber looks awesome in my opinion.

I suppose they just take our $$ at the time of order to put towards r&d. Hopefully another company steps up and I'll get a refund and order from them.

I had the weathertech aluminum hard folding cover on my '17 and I'm ordering the LOMAX carbon fiber for my R from nick@apollo-optics. He gave me a great price! It'll go great with my overpriced carbon fiber license plate frame! lol

I ordered the S&B 2 weeks ago. It should be in by next week. All I know of is S&B and BWoody. S&B looked like its block more of the hot air and utilize the "scoop" better.

11.2 Avg. with 1100 miles. It sounds SOOOO much better when you don't worry about mpg!!

my 0-60 was slower then my Gen 2 before I launched with the auto hold. If it senses any brake pressure at all, power will be limited on launch. With auto hold engaged, just punch it in sport mode, 4A for your best launch. Mine was 3 tenths quicker this way.

I'd do it over again. Just got mine last Wednesday. The only thing I'd do different is sell my gen2 myself instead of trading it in. Still hurts to sit down from that one! Sales tax credit vs. no lube... can't win!

Last week dealer said updated ETA was 8/29. I just wish we had an accurate way to track!
