I wouldn’t recommend power running boards on a Raptor unless you never leave the pavement. Even so, the oem boards protect from door dings as well.

Do a search on this forum, many have complained in the past about their underbodies having surface rust even when delivered to the dealer brand new.

Not likely a concern, my 18 resides north of IL (garage kept), 70k miles no rust on body at all, daily driver year-round.

I’ve actually done this! Another pro anti theft tip is to disable starter in your aftermarket tuner.

A little late now, but the mechanic that works for us plugged in a battery memory saver into the obd port on my truck when he changed the battery for me. Presets, clock, all still there. Next time, maybe.
