I just did mine using that video and it worked. Then USB didn't show up first time but I disconnected and put back in and it worked.

They are a Raptor shop and do lots of builds. Said they have had aftermarket springs break and never had an issue with collars on factory springs. I got the feeling that they don't feel they offer anything over collars and if you are going to upgrade , new shocks are the next logical upgrade.

I went with icon collars and happy with them. My local shop (Texas Motorworx) actually recommended collars over springs.

I'd try unplugging the T harness connector behind the CD player/brain and re-insert it to make sure it's in tight.
