Had a ding that was not repairable on the passenger running board and dealer found a windshield chip I hadn't noticed. Otherwise she was clean. Was a great truck and I'll miss it...but for that money, I'll get while the getting is good. :cool:
I keep going back and forth. We have a home in Tahoe and one up in Northern CA. The Tahoe place (our main home) doesn't have much room for vehicle storage, so the truck has been sitting up in CA. Our CA place is on 17 acres, and the pickup bed has been useful, but not as much over the last 2...
2 month old post, but FWIW, I was offered $52k for my 2014 SCREW w/35k miles, oxford white, clean other than a small ding in passenger side running board. Not my day driver and it served its purpose as a "ski team hauler" for 4 yrs. Thinking of getting full purchase price back after 7 yrs is too...
I have a "Bak Flip" cover and like it. Only downside is the cover blocks the rear window when fully opened. I'd go with one of the roll up units it I had to buy another - I prefer to see my cargo (dogs or items) when driving.
For what they are paying for a used truck, no big surprise. I have a 2014 Super Cab that is low miles...dealer offered my $52k for it when I was in for an oil change. I'm seriously thinking it's been a nice truck, but for full purchase price back to me after 7 yrs...time to part with it.
My Raptor came with the BFG's and just went to Duratrac's. The Duratracs seem to ride a bit stiffer, but have much better traction in snow/ice - at least in my opinion.
Bought my white 2014 (6.2L) new and loving every mile. Use it for hauling my dogs around and also as my primary "snow machine" to take my son and other members of the HS Alpine Race team into the mountains or OR and CA. Great truck that I just started adding a few personal touches to - bumpers...
