CarF**K is horrible! I had a somewhat opposite experience with them. A couple of years ago I went to trade my wife's MB. After telling the dealer that the car was completely clean, serviced, and crash free, he came back basically accusing me of being a liar because car f***k showed THREE Crashes...
Iconic Silver all the way! It highlights all the lines, contrasts well with the flares and the other magnetic gray parts, and still looks good even when you don't have a chance to give it a wash.
Hey Tom, it's Damian. If this isn't you I should probably find a new career. Welcome to the Forum! FYI Rappin 37 has been banned from here a bunch of times and has come back with new names. Most everyone can't stand him. He's done some interesting things to his truck. He's a Staten Island guy...
I'm going to enter the fray.
I stopped at a local dealer to look at a Bronco Raptor today. (USED, and $30K over the original sticker, F**K them!) I did notice however that the running boards have the Raptor stamp near the front (you'll have to zoom in to see) and the treads are long under the...
My truck said I was up-to-date without the new version. I set up a scheduled update in the truck for Tuesday at midnight and had it by the next morning.
Why create a thread asking a question and then not read the answers given? My sticker said CONVOY but then went RAIL. Only the very last leg did it get on a truck to NJ.
BTW. Other F150's for same dealership, built after mine, got to the dealership before mine. Other Raptors, built after mine got to other dealerships in NJ before mine.
No rhyme or reason other than Ford has a master plan that we peasants are not allowed to know.
Built on June 6th. My sticker said convoy but went to New Boston Rail yard in MI. Sat there over a month. Then rail to Chester PA (just south of Philly). From there a truck to the dealer. Arrived on August 11th. (Flemington)
I got them because they were part of the package and I figured even if they cost Ford $50 I wasn't letting them off the hook. Especially because if you wanted to buy them afterwards they'd charge you $2k. They nickel and dime us (removing cupholder lights, etc.) You can always remove them.
BadWRP is 100% right. I was apprehensive about the new black and blue. I just picked my truck up and they look great! It's sort of like Code Orange, pictures don't capture what they look like in person. You won't be disappointed.
I noticed the same thing on mine as I tried to set it up. I agree with Jsimon77 that it should be there. It says "Raptor" right in the owner's manual so it's not a "Raptor thing". Did anyone ever figure out why it's not there?
I think we are train-mates. My October 1st order built on June 6th was finally loaded on the train on the 3rd as well. If you know when it gets to Jessup, be sure to post.
This is from TFL's Raptor R in-depth video. Maybe it takes a couple tanks to calibrate or the media people are mashing the pedal every time they get in it. 59 miles to empty on just under a half tank. I hope it's not right.
I don't think it has anything to do with incompetency, or necessarily the width of the truck (no disrespect Tabasco). I theorize that it has to do with, as most things, the money and the bottom line. I don't have an economics degree from Boston University like AOC but I can add two and two. My...
I did it and had "activation pending" for weeks until this past Saturday when my "activation request was denied" which coincided with a change in status reported as of Monday. It was moved to New Boston, MI. So even if they don't accept the activation request, they may deny it, and you'll know...
