Update. Dealer figured out it's the transfer case causing the issues. My estimated repair time is 3 weeks.

It's not the Vacuum harness or hoses. They are saying it's something with the computers. Maybe a module?

I noticed this problem yesterday when I was driving home. I would get on the gas and after a few seconds I'd hear a rattling then a clunk. Took it to the dealer and they said they fixed the error but upon picking it up the problem came up again. The problem seems to be my 4 wheel automatic...
