Fuel do you really need to run premium fuel to make it work? Or does running regular fuel still give you added HP/Torque etc enough to make a difference?

are we sure? so - to be clear... the one i ordered also showed up without it. are we 100% certain Ford can do this? Just by telling them to order the parts? Mine didn't show up with the camera either...
