Took the tune off my truck after getting a Check engine light with code P2096 on it twice. I have had no problems with it since.

Shaay and team got it fixed! Yea! It was awesome. Online instructions weren't 100% but I made my way through it ANYBODY can. Thanks to the Ford Tech team for staying on the issue. My truck will read my incoming text messages now. Wow!

Cookies and cache from where? The vehicle or from the....? I had a blank USB I used to download the update from the Ford website.

Shaay, I've been waiting patiently for a Sync update as MANY others here have been. Raptor owners are pretty loyal Ford folks and expect Ford to fully support the product line. When will there truly be an update? Will there be one at all? At this point in time I believe we've been left behind...

Got it downloaded, unzipped, after running a vehicle health report. Followed instructions to update to my truck, and when I get to USB section it says there are no media files and kicks back out. I'm about done trying to download this update; why is this so difficult?

Yep! Called Ford Monday and supposedly there is a problem with the site. Guy said someone will contact me before the end of the week. I PMd Shaay, he may be trying to get us a resolution. I hope it gets solved soon.

Shaay, I have created an owners account, got a 4G USB and can't get the update off the website. What might I be doing wrong? I followed the instructions on "Sync Software Updates" how to download page. Is there a version of WIndows I gotta have or something?

What is the downside to simply cutting the top of my air pipe and placing a dry or oil cone filter just forward of the MAF? From what I gather it would cost less than $50.
