Your residual is based on the msrp of the vehicle with options. ADM does not increase the value only hurts you on payment because that is what your negotiated purchase price is. If you pay less than msrp that benefits you as the residual is based on the msrp
Many people lease for the tax benefits of business expense (ask me how I know). Wr currently have two Tundras leased through business and looking to replace one with a Raptor. Has nothing at all to do with affordability or monthly payment.
