You don't think the extra 1.25" of compression is needed? The extension still leaves the travel at 2.45" vs the 3.75 with the longer stops.

Are the RPG 2.5 x 4.0 Bump stops the same units that Fox has in their catalog but listed as 3.75" of travel? Looking to pick up a set to tow with and found a good deal on some 3.75". Would think they would work ok but thought I better check.
